  1. Can my firearm be shipped directly to me at my home or office?
    Unfortunately no. All Firearms sold online to individuals must be shipped to a local FFL holder.
  2. What is an FFL?
    FFL is a Federal Firearms License. FFL holders are usually retail sporting goods stores, gun stores & pawn shops. All Firearms sold online to individuals must be shipped to a local FFL holder. You must complete an ATF form 4473 associated with the background check for the local FFL holder.
    The FFL holder will then transfer the firearms to you.
  3. How do I find a local FFL holder to handle this transfer?
    Check with your local gun store or pawn shop. Please communicate with us and your chosen FFL holder prior to your purchase with us. Their approval is necessary for the transfer. You will also want to know their transfer fee.
  4. How much is the average transfer fee?
    The average fee is usually 25 to 30 dollars.
  5. How do I know if I can purchase a firearm legally?
    You will need to fill out form ATF 4473 and the FFL dealer you are in contact with will call the information to the FBI NICS. While your dealer is on the phone they will receive one of the following responses- approved, denied or delayed. Some states have other requirements as well.
